A project may be cancelled before development begins.
If work has already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work completed.
Completed milestones are non-refundable.

SaaS Services

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.
Access remains active until the subscription period expires.

SEO Services

SEO services involve time, research, and implementation.
Payments for completed SEO work are non-refundable.

Maintenance Services

Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Custom Software

Since custom software is developed specifically for each client, payments made for completed development work are non-refundable.

Failed Payments

If a payment is processed incorrectly due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately.
Verified duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded.

Refund Processing
